This MUST include a Rhino vaccine given at least 14 days prior but no more than 6 months old (from date arriving on Puckerbrush property)! There will be no exceptions!!!

2012 Dressage Schooling Show Entry Form 2012 Spring Jumper Show Entry Form 2012 Eleventh Annual Halloween Jumper Show Entry NEW 2011 USDF Protective Headgear Rules for Dressage-Effective March 1, 2011, for dressage: Anyone mounted on a horse must wear protective headgear except those riders age 18 and over while on horses that are competing only in FEI levels and tests at the Prix St. Georges level and above (including FEI Young Rider Tests, the USEF Developing Prix St. Georges Test and the USEF Brentina Cup Test). Please note that Puckerbrush Farm will strictly follow this new rule at all schooling and recognized dressage competitions!!
