All of the horses selected to be in the program at Puckerbrush Farm are carefully screened to assure that all riders will be safe and will have a good time. After the horse becomes part of our lesson program, there is time scheduled into the horses week  to allow more experienced riders to school them to fend away the "lesson horse blues" and to make sure that they are happy and content. We promise that none of our lesson horses have been over- worked. We realize the demanding needs that we place on horses and reward them often for the services that they provide for us. Each horse under our care is given "show quality" tending.

Kaj -- 'Jak'

Jak is a 17 H, 15 yo KWPN gelding ready to teach! He is a great all around guy who is well schooled in dressage and jumping. He has the warmblood trot and canter that all riders strive to feel and master! He will have much to offer our students!

Silken Eikon -- 'Cino'

Cino is a 16.3 H, 10 yo Tb/Trak gelding who came to us from Mississippi. He is a wonderful dressage teacher and is learning to be more comfortable with his jumping so that he can offer his services in that arena as well.

Fiona

Only the second mare in our school horse history, Fiona is a wonderful grade mare who is good at a little bit of everything. She is a nice, flat moving girl with a flowing canter and easy trot. She can jump small courses with perfect cadence and style.

Trick Or Treat -- 'Boo'

Boo is a 13 h, 15 yo Tri-paint gelding, AND the cutest pony in all the world! He is easy for smaller riders to manage and great to learn to jump on! He will quickly steal your heart!
